Expertato\u00a0Payment Terms<\/b><\/h1>\n

Last Updated Date: 23.5.2024<\/span><\/p>\nThese terms and conditions (the \u201c<\/span>Payment<\/b> Terms<\/b>\u201c) apply to payments facilitated by the platform at www.expertato.com (the \u201c<\/span>Site<\/b>\u201c) operated by OS BIG, Inc. d\/b\/a Expertato (\u201c<\/span>Expertato<\/b>\u201d).\u00a0 By making or receiving a payment facilitated by the Site, you agree to be bound by these Payment Terms. These Payment Terms are in addition to the Terms of Service applicable to all users of the Site available at (<\/span>https:\/\/www.expertato.com\/directory\/terms-of-service<\/span><\/a>) (\u201c<\/span>Website Terms<\/b>\u201d) and Registered User Terms available at (<\/span>https:\/\/www.expertato.com\/directory\/registered-user-terms<\/span><\/a>) (\u201c<\/span>Registered User Terms<\/b>\u201d), and You hereby affirm Your acceptance of the Website Terms and the Registered User Terms.\u00a0 Capitalized terms used but not defined herein shall have the respective meanings given to them in the Website Terms and Registered User Terms. In the event of any conflict between the Payment Terms and the Website Terms, language found on the Site (e.g. FAQs), or Registered User Terms, the Payment Terms shall control.<\/span>\n\nThe Payment Terms are subject to change without prior written notice at any time, at Expertato\u2019s sole discretion. Any changes to these Payment Terms will be in effect as of the \u201cLast Updated Date\u201d referenced above. You should review these Payment Terms prior to purchasing and\/or otherwise using\u00a0 any product or services that are available through this Site. Your continued use of this Site after the \u201cLast Updated Date\u201d will constitute your acceptance of and agreement to such changes.<\/span>\n

    1. Registration Requirement<\/b>. To make or receive any payment through the Site, you must register as a Registered User and ensure that all of your registration information, including all relevant financial information, is accurate and up to date.<\/span><\/li>\n \t
    2. Third Party Payment Service Providers<\/b>. Expertato exclusively uses third party service providers to process the payments on the Expertato platform.\u00a0 Prior to the finalization of any Listing Transaction, all users must agree to use one of the third party payment service providers listed on the Site.\u00a0 You may not make payments outside of the Site or the third party payment service providers listed and approved by Experato on the Site, for services discovered, facilitated, negotiated, or otherwise transacted through the Site.<\/span><\/li>\n \t
    3. Sole Obligation<\/b>. Expertato\u2019s sole obligation with regard to payment in a Listing Transaction shall be invoicing the relevant parties and coordinating with the payment processor to facilitate the transaction.\u00a0 Expertato shall perform its obligations using the information\u00a0 provided by the transacting Registered Users on the Site.\u00a0 The Registered Users are responsible for providing Expertato with the requisite accurate and complete instructions and information to perform its obligations.<\/span><\/li>\n \t
    4. Taxes<\/b>.\u00a0 Expertato may be required by law to withhold or charge to its Registered Users certain taxes.\u00a0 You agree that the payment of such taxes are Your responsibility\u00a0 and shall be in addition to any fees or payment amounts invoiced by Expertato through the Site.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n \t
    5. Compliance with Third Party Payment Service Providers<\/b>. You agree to comply with all requests for information and documentation required by a third party payment service provider and warrant that such information and documentation is true and accurate.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n \t
    6. Third Party Information Privacy<\/b>. You acknowledge and agree that the information requested by a third party payment service provider is subject to the relevant privacy policy of the applicable third party payment service provider,\u00a0 and that you will read all relevant documentation concerning the privacy policy and terms of service of the applicable third party payment service provider before agreeing to use such provider for payments through the Site.<\/span><\/li>\n \t
    7. Payment Destination<\/b>. You may not direct any payments facilitated by\u00a0 the Site intended for You to be paid to a final payee other than the individual or entity whose information is tied to your Registered User account.<\/span><\/li>\n \t
    8. Electronic Delivery<\/b>. You agree to receive all necessary invoices and statements through the Site exclusively in electronic form.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n \t
    9. Payment Ability Suspension<\/b>. Expertato reserves the right to suspend your ability to make payments through the Site if it, at its discretion, determines there is a risk of fraud, illegal activity, or to your, another user\u2019s, or Expertato\u2019s information security.<\/span><\/li>\n \t
    10. Concerning Payments<\/b>. Expertato reserves the right to contact any third party payment service provider and to work with such provider to cancel or put on hold the transmission of any funds suspected to be involved in fraudulent or otherwise illegal activity.<\/span><\/li>\n \t
    11. Fees<\/b>. By finalizing a transaction through the Site, you agree to pay the fees listed in any relevant documentation provided to you including, but not limited to, invoices and transaction summaries.\u00a0 In addition, You are responsible for the payment of all third party fees associated with your transaction, including, but not limited to, payment processing, fund transfer, currency conversion, and bank transaction fees. Expertato is not responsible for, and does not in any way cover these fees nor facilitate their reimbursement. It is your responsibility to understand and manage the costs imposed by your financial institutions and payment services. You acknowledge that third party fees and costs are subject to change by your financial service providers without notice from Expertato.<\/span><\/li>\n \t
    12. Refunds<\/b>. Expertato does not and cannot guarantee that refunds will be available in the event of non-performance by a Registered User. Expertato may, at its sole discretion, take reasonable steps to facilitate communication concerning a refund when directed, in writing, by both Registered Users party to a Listing Transaction.\u00a0 Fees paid to a third party payment service provider are non-refundable.\u00a0 If you paid for the services of a Registered User in advance, such Services were not performed, and the Experato-guided Dispute Resolution Process was unsuccessful at addressing the issue, a partial refund of the platform fees charged by Expertato for the Listing Service may be available, at Expertato\u2019s discretion, on a case by case basis.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\u00a0\u00a0<\/span>\n\n\u00a0\u00a0<\/span>\n
